Le Manoir de l'Etang

This very fine 19th-century home in a 4-hectare park overlooks a pond covered with lotus flowers.
The Parisian architect Maurice Gridaine, entrusted with designing the Festival Hall in Cannes, fell in love with the site in 1947 and undertook to restore it completely.
His daughter Monique and her two sons then decided to transform it into a lovely little hotel and restaurant, in total harmony with the manor’s personality.
