Aléna Davidovskaya was discovered in France on May 18, 2004 and settled in the southwest.

Originally from Belarus, she was very upset by the Chernobyl disaster and fell passionately in love with France.

Some of her paintings are directly inspired by her emotions regarding this tragic accident, explaining the significance of natural elements such as wind, water, and light in her artistic expression; they can even be found at the very core of her technique.

A self-taught artist from day one, her abundant love for life has driven her to create powerful canvases...disturbing to some, amusing to others, but in any case, very few people remain indifferent!

One might be tempted to say that before she was a woman, she was a painter!

Whatever we might say or think, her innovative and provocative technique has given the art world a serious and incredible revamp!
