Sebastien and Paul are at the head of the Manoir de l'Etang's kitchens after a long experience in the French Riviera, including Palm Square in Cannes and Bayonne. He cooks with regional and seasonal products.

Sebastien is known for his risotto, which he updates every season, with new ingredients.

Attentive to his customers whether national or international, the Chef fits his "cuisine".

The Manoir de l'Etang welcomes guests of the hotel of course but also committees, visitors, major family events or corporate.
